Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay with iDeal, PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Sofort, Bancontact and Klarna.
How can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we cannot cancel order because we process and pack your order as quickly as possible.
Do you want to return the product? Then contact us and state your order number as a reference.
Do I receive an order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after placing your order. This e-mail contains the order number (consisting of 5 digits), a summary of the order and the shipping address.
I have entered incorrect address details, can they be changed?
Unfortunately we cannot change the details of your order after it has been placed, because we process and pack your order as quickly as possible. For security, contact our customer service to discuss possible solutions.

Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver to all European countries. The orders are sent with DHL, DPD, Mondial Relay or PostNL.

How can I follow my order?
Once your package has been sent, we will send you an email with a track and trace link. Here you can view the status of your order and give additional instructions to the delivery service if necessary.
I have not received my order, what should I do?
Have you not received your order? Our apologies! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation with the order number. Your order will be sent the same day. You will receive an email with a track and trace link to follow the package. Have you not received this e-mail or is the status of your package unclear?

My track & trace indicates that my order has been returned. What should I do?
Please contact us via support@minodeals.com. One of our customer service staff will investigate what happened and come up with a solution as soon as possible.

What are the return conditions?
Return period
We use a return period of 14 days within which the customer may return his or her package without giving a reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Keep in mind that the return shipment must be returned to us within these 14 days.
Return conditions
All items must be returned to us in their original state, which means that no seals may have been broken, labels have to be confirmed, and all original accessories and packaging must be intact.
Be shipping costs not compensate.
What are the return costs?
Return shipments are for your own account and depend on the courier and the country where you return your package.
How can I exchange or return my order?
Exciting or returning an order is very easy.
Send an e-mail within 14 days of receiving your order support@minodeals.com In which you indicate that you want to exchange one or more products. We will immediately send you the return instructions.
How long does a reimbursement take?
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we process it within 5 working days. On your track and trace, which you receive at your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived in our warehouse. From that moment the 5 working days start. After the reimbursement has been processed, you will receive a message about this. Keep in mind that it can take up to 3 days before the reimbursement is visible on your bank account.
Taxes and costs
Do I have to pay VAT, input and clearing costs?
We ship from Europe, so you don't have to worry about extra costs.
