3. Send us your proof, together with your order details, within 14 days after the 120 days of use have expired.

• Supplements, shampoos and accessories are included not under this warranty.
• The 120-day satisfaction guarantee applies exclusively for use on the scalp. Application to other areas, such as the beard, eyebrows or body, is not covered by this warranty.
• This guarantee applies not in case of allergic reactions or other personal sensitivities.
• The warranty only applies to the first order of a product, not to repeat purchases.
• Incorrect use or discontinuation of the product will invalidate the warranty.
